Being a teenager in todays world...

Does your teenager have 847 followers but no idea how to introduce themselves in a room?

They know how to curate a feed and look confident online. What they haven't had the chance to practice is sitting with discomfort, holding their ground in an argument, or walking into a room of strangers and introducing themselves.

One in four teenagers today reports feeling lonely or anxious, spending over 9 hours a day on screens, yet unwilling to answer a phone call. It's not that they don't want connection, they're growing up in a world that's made it harder to nurture it.

This matters beyond the teenage years. Research from Swedish labor market institutions shows over 60% of professionals lack essential soft skills, even though these skills account for an estimated 85% of long-term career success.

The gap between what school teaches and what the world demands has never been wider.

Not because schools are failing, but because they were built for a different era.

That's the gap we work with, one room, one conversation, one teenager at a time.

Blueprint for adulthood

What is it?

Series of workshops curated for teenagers.

On a weekly basis we are focusing on communication skills while buidling skills such as critical thinking, argumentation, and resilience.

How does it work?

Works just like any other group training. You have your group every week at the same time. In total, there are only 4 groups with 10 spots in each. Every week each group is going through a new topic from body language, public speaking to biology and AI.

What is included and how much does it cost?

1250,00 SEK per month. Some months that is 4 workshops, some months it is 5. On top of that included in the price are networking events designed for teenagers, different panels with diverse individuals, and endless possibilities to find prao/interships if they make connections.

Topics

Nonverbal communication

From teaching them how to shake hands, over positioning themselves in a conference room or classroom, to what their clothes and post say about them.

Critical thinking

Not everything online is real or reliable information. The intention is to make them question things, and learn what facts, statistics, statements, and evidence actually are.

Arguments and fallacies

Building arguments using different models, predicting counterarguments, and working on rebuttals. Learning how to recognize fallacies and how to deal with them.

AI and chat bots

AI is one of today's hot topics. Chatbots are seen as complementary tools in the education system, but no one is questioning how they are changing a system that was never designed to support them.

Hormones

Puberty and the hormonal changes that come with it are something everyone goes through, though it's not always the easiest thing to discuss with parents. In school, students learn about the endocrine system, but aren't given enough information about hormones themselves.

Prefrontal cortex

Recent studies show that the prefrontal cortex finishes developing well into a person's 20s, though significant structural changes are set in motion at the onset of puberty. Some connections and pathways become far harder to adjust after that age, despite the brain's overall neuroplasticity.
