Who we are

The Pitch Architect is operated by Marija Dulj, based in Gothenburg, Sweden. For any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, you can reach us at the contact form on this website. 

The only personal data we collect is what you voluntarily provide through our contact form: your name and email address, and any message or files you choose to attach.

We do not run advertising, we do not have a mailing list, and we do not use analytics tools that track your behaviour on the site.

We collect your contact details for one reason: to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis for this under GDPR is legitimate interest — you reached out, and we need your details to get back to you.

We will not use your contact details for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

We keep your contact information for as long as is necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. If nothing comes of it, we do not hold on to your data indefinitely. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps us prevent spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. This is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Our website is hosted via GoDaddy (Website Builder). GoDaddy may process limited technical data as part of standard hosting operations. You can review GoDaddy's privacy policy on their website.

We use only the cookies necessary to run the site — including those required by reCAPTCHA. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.

When you first visit the site, you will be asked to accept or decline cookies. You can update your preferences at any time through your browser settings.
