MARIJA DULJ

Marija Dulj is an expert in rhetoric and people management, specialising in public speaking and communication skills training, conflict resolutions, motivation, developing emotional intelligence and performance management. The topics she primarily covers are public speaking, composition, argumentation, speech performance, delegation and empowerment, as well as motivation, recognition, and setting clear expectations.

Marija holds a Master’s degree in Phonetics with a focus on Rhetoric from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb, and studied Art History with an emphasis on the Antique and Medieval periods. Combining a deep academic understanding of communication with real-world experience, she has applied her expertise as a People & Culture Manager, shaping teams, developing talent, and fostering organizational growth through effective communication, leadership, and performance management.
